This Privacy Policy aims to describe how this website is managed, with reference to the use of cookies and the processing of personal data of users/visitors who visit it. This privacy policy is provided pursuant to article 13 of EU Regulation 2016/679 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, for those entities connecting up to the website www.omf.it of OMF Srl.

Personal data will be processed in paper, electronic and telematic form and entered in the relevant databases (customers, users, etc..) which can be accessed by operators – who thus become acquainted with them – expressly appointed by the Data Controller as Processors and persons in charge of processing personal data, who may carry out operations of consultation, use, processing, comparison and any other appropriate operation, including automated in accordance with the provisions of the law necessary to ensure, among other things, the confidentiality and security of data as well as the accuracy, updating and relevance of the data with respect to the declared purposes.

Location of data, communication of data and transfer of data to non-EU third countries

The collected personal data are stored on the servers of OMF Srl located in France.

The communication of the data to third parties will only take place if this is necessary in order to comply with the request received.

OMF Srl may transfer personal data outside the EU. If this happens, we will make sure that these data are transferred in accordance with the requirements of the GDPR.

How we protect your data

We design our systems and our devices taking into due account your security and your privacy.

  • We adopt physical, electronic and organizational measures aimed at preventing unauthorized data access, dissemination, amendment or destruction.

Rights of the data subject

In relation to the personal data to which this privacy notice refers, the data subject is entitled to exercise the rights provided by the EU Regulation and indicated below:

    • Right of access by the data subject [art. 15 EU Regulation] (the data subject shall have the possibility of being informed on the processing of Personal Data concerning him or her and, if so required, of receiving a copy thereof);
    • Right to rectification of personal data [art. 16 del EU Regulation] (the data subject shall have the right to obtain the rectification of inaccurate personal data concerning him or her);
    • Right to erasure personal data without undue delay (“right to be forgotten”) [art. 17 EU Regulation] (the data subject shall have the right to obtain the erasure of personal data concerning him or her );
    • Right to restriction of processing personal data in the cases provided for by art. 18 of the EU Regulation, i.e. when the processing is unlawful or the accuracy of the personal data is contested by the data subject [art. 18 EU Regulation];
    • Right to data portability [art. 20 EU Regulation], the data subject shall have the right to receive the personal data concerning him or her in a structured form and have the right to transmit those data to another controller, in the cases indicated in that same article;
    • Right to object to processing of personal data [art. 21 EU Regulation] (the data subject shall have the right to object to processing of personal data concerning him or her);
    • Right not to be subject to a decision based solely on automated processing [art. 22 EU Regulation] (the data subject shall have the right not to be subject to a decision based solely on automated processing).

    • The above rights can be exercised free of charge in accordance with the provisions of the Regulation by sending an email to

    •  OMF Srl, in compliance with art. 19 of the EU Regulation, will proceed to inform the recipients to whom the personal data were communicated of any amendments, erasure or processing restrictions required, when this is possible.

 

    • With reference to the purposes indicated above, the data subject shall have the right, at any time, to withdraw his or her consent to the processing of identification and personal data by sending an email to

    • Pursuant to art. 7 of the EU Regulation, the withdrawal of consent shall not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.

Right to lodge claim

Possible consequences of failure to provide data
Consent to the processing of data for the above purposes is free and optional. However, any refusal will result in the Data Controller’s inability to provide the service with respect to the above purpose.
